What's included
Paid leads, tracked honestly
Google Ads puts your business at the top of search results the day the campaign goes live — it's paid visibility, not organic, so it works while your long-term SEO is building. For small businesses, it's most valuable when the job value is high enough that one new customer covers the cost of a month's ads many times over — think plumbers, dentists, law firms, or pool companies. PPC management done right means your budget goes to searches that actually convert, not to irrelevant clicks.
Campaign strategy and setup
I build your campaigns from scratch: keyword research focused on buying-intent terms, match type selection, negative keyword lists to cut wasted spend, ad group structure, and geographic targeting set to your actual service area.
Ad copy and extensions
Every ad is written to speak to what your customer is looking for at the moment they search. I include all relevant extensions — call extensions, sitelinks, location, and structured snippets — because they increase click-through rate at no added cost.
Local Services Ads setup and management
For eligible business types (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, law firms, and others), Local Services Ads appear above standard Google Ads and include a "Google Guaranteed" or "Google Screened" badge. I handle the verification process and bid management if LSAs are available for your category.
Conversion tracking
Calls, form submissions, and booking completions are tracked in Google Ads and GA4 so you know which keywords and ads are driving actual leads — not just clicks. Without this, you're optimizing blind.
Monthly optimization
Every month I review search term reports to add negatives, adjust bids, pause underperformers, and test new ad variations. PPC management is ongoing work, not a set-it-and-forget-it setup.
Monthly reporting
You get a plain-language monthly report: spend, impressions, clicks, cost per conversion, and what changed and why. You can also log into your own Google Ads account at any time and see every number yourself.
How it works
Three steps, no surprises
Audit and account review
If you've run ads before, I start by auditing the existing account — looking at wasted spend, missing negatives, tracking gaps, and structural problems. If you're starting fresh, I research your market and competitors before writing a single ad.
Build and launch
Campaigns are built with conversion tracking confirmed before any budget goes live. I won't launch until calls or form submissions are being recorded correctly — otherwise there's no honest way to measure what's working.
Optimize and report
After launch, optimization is monthly at minimum and more frequent in the early weeks when data is coming in fast. You're notified of any significant changes before they happen, not after.
Pairs well with: Google Ads drives traffic immediately, but where that traffic lands matters. Pair ads management with a well-built website or a dedicated landing page and your cost per conversion drops because more visitors turn into calls. Local SEO and Google Ads also complement each other: ads cover competitive searches where organic ranking takes time, while local SEO builds the free visibility that makes your ad spend less necessary over time.
FAQ
Google Ads questions, answered
What's my minimum ad budget?
There's no minimum I impose, but the honest answer is that Google Ads needs enough data to optimize — typically at least $500–$1,000 per month in ad spend to see meaningful patterns in most Denver-area markets. Very competitive categories (personal injury law, emergency plumbing) require more. I'll tell you what's realistic for your market before you commit to anything.
Will I own my Google Ads account?
Yes. The account is set up in your name and you have full access at all times. If you stop working with me, the account and all its history stay with you. I never hold an account hostage.
How is your fee structured?
I charge a flat monthly management fee, not a percentage of your ad spend. That means I have no financial incentive to push your budget higher than what makes sense for your business.
How quickly does Google Ads start working?
Standard search campaigns can start showing ads within a day or two of launch, and you'll typically see calls or form submissions in the first week if the targeting and budget are right. Local Services Ads take longer because Google's verification process for the Google Guaranteed badge can take several weeks. I'll set accurate expectations for your specific situation upfront.
